30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
At PavliaJewelry, we want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping with us. That’s why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item in its original condition within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return & Exchange Conditions
Authorization Required: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Time Frame:
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
The tracking number must be provided within 7 days after approval of the return or exchange.
Original Condition:
Items must be returned unused, without scratches, and unaltered.
Note: Rose/Yellow gold jewelry is plated with 1um of color on 925 silver. Normal wear, including rubbing or bumping, may cause fading and is not considered a quality issue.
Tracked Shipping:
Customers must use a shipping method with tracking. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.
Promotional Gifts:
Any promotional gifts received must be returned with the item. Otherwise, the retail price of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Important: Please do not send your return to the address on the package. This is not our return address and may delay processing.

Non-Refundable Items
Items without a jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
Items sent as replacement or exchange.
Custom orders, including custom sizes and colors.
Items from the clearance collection.

Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days upon receipt of your package.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit (gift card), as per your request.
For refunds to the original payment method, please contact a PavliaJewelry representative for authorization.
Note:

Shipping fees (before any discounts) are non-refundable.
Free or discounted shipping costs are covered by PavliaJewelry and will not be refunded.

Shipping Fee Reimbursement
PavliaJewelry will reimburse $10 (via store credit) for return shipping fees in the following cases:
The wrong item was sent.
The item is broken, defective, or incorrectly engraved.
Defective or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Exchange Shipping Fee
A $10 exchange shipping fee will be charged via PayPal for the following cases:
The wrong size was ordered.
The item is not as expected in person.

Fill Out the Form:
Complete the return/exchange form included with your order.
Send Tracking Information:
Provide the tracking number and courier details to service@pavliajewelry.com after shipping the package.
Inspection:
Once the package is received and inspected by PavliaJewelry, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
Store Credit Issued:
For returns, store credit (gift card) will be issued as reimbursement for the shipping fee.
Exchange Process:
Use the store credit to place a new order for the replacement item(s).
Conditions:

Items must be returned in a new, unworn condition with all tags attached. Items without tags are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Rules:
Within 8 Hours: You may cancel your order within 8 hours after payment for a full refund.
After 8 Hours: Once production begins (typically 8 hours after payment), cancellations will incur a 30% material and processing fee.
