Account Management

Click the "Register/Login" button on the homepage of the website and fill in the relevant information according to the prompts.
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address or mobile phone number as prompted. We will send you a link to reset your password.
After logging in, go to the "My Account" page and click "Personal Information" to modify it.

 Shopping Process

On the product details page, click the "Add to Cart" button.
Yes, on the shopping cart page, you can modify the quantity of an item or delete an item by clicking the "Remove" button.
After confirming everything on the shopping cart page, click the "Checkout" button, follow the prompts to fill in the delivery address, select the delivery method and payment method, and finally confirm the order.

Payment and Security

Please check your bank card details, account balance or network connection. If the problem persists, please contact your bank or our customer service.

Shipping & Returns

The delivery time depends on the delivery method and region you choose. Generally, the estimated delivery time will be displayed after placing an order.
After logging in, go to the "My Orders" page and click "View Logistics" in the order details.
You can apply for a return under the premise of complying with our return policy. For specific return procedures, please refer to the "Return and Exchange Policy" page.
