At PavliaJewelry, we offer a one-year warranty against any manufacturing defects on our jewelry. This warranty ensures that your purchase is free of craftsmanship issues. However, the warranty becomes void if the item has been misused or altered by anyone other than an authorized PavliaJewelry representative.

Warranty Process
Inspection and Defects:
Our dedicated Quality Assurance team carefully inspects every item before shipping.

Conditions:
The warranty is void for items showing signs of:
Unauthorized modification.
Misuse or abuse.
Damage beyond "normal wear," as determined by our jewelry professionals.
PavliaJewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Repair and Exchange Policies
Repairs:
Customers are responsible for the shipping fee to send the item back for repair.
Exchanges:
For size or style exchanges, customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping fees.
Shipping Requirements:
Customers must contact our customer service team for the return shipping address before returning or exchanging items.
A tracked shipping method must be used for all returns or exchanges. Items sent without tracking will not be processed.
